Cambridge Garden Tour

On these interesting organic garden tours you will be personally escorted by Eunice who will be informing you of everything about the development from when it was a weed infested ex sand quarry to the beautiful place that it is today.

The tour starts at our eco-friendly house where Eunice will explain the reasons and theories of the rammed earth process. She will then take you through the gardens.

During this tour you will also be taken through our olive growing and processing plant where you will be able to sample the oil.

As we also grow Saffron, Eunice will also explain the operation to you and show you some samples of the product.

These are both in our wooden barn which is used mainly for Eunice’s mosaic classes which she teaches each Tuesday. You will be amazed at the work that is carried out here, some of which is for sale. Peter is sometimes allowed a small space to carry out his leadlight work!
He also makes his own wine, cider and beer here which can be sampled, depending on availability.

Thes tours take approximately 1-2 hours, but can be varied to suit your requirement. A minimum of 8 people is expected at a cost of $5 per person.
