The Gardens
The
work was done on a shoe-string budget with no heavy equipment,
so we feel proud of our achievements.
Our
rammed earth home nestles nicely in its surroundings and
the gardens grow like topsy. Our grey water is used to irrigate
the gardens and we use alot of recycled materials. Although
the garden is still young and some areas have yet to be
developed, it has a feeling of peace and tranquility.
Many
of the trees have been planted to attract birdlife and to
provide us with fruit and nuts for many years to come.
